Our training is a compulsory part of the PC People franchise system to ensure all franchise owners provide the same high standards of service and product across whole country.

Training is comprehensive, small groups and supported by franchise manuals and support material.

PC People is not a franchise for technically focused computer types, the key word is PEOPLE .

Whether you have a basic understanding of computers or several degrees, your success will be more to do with your ability to work with and to build strong relationships with PC People, with your staff (should you choose to employ) and with your clients.

You will also have a desire to help and support your clients, and be able to teach and help people in a way that they can understand Should you become a PC People franchise owner you will be highly trained, initially for six weeks, (depending on your current skill set) and then ongoing.

As well as becoming a leader and teacher on computing skills you will learn how to build a profitable business, become a teacher and trainer, test, measure and develop marketing campaigns, build a team, and much more.

This truly is a combination of best business practice, with the most exciting industry around.
